People Talent is a boutique management consulting and advisory firms managed by George Preger, CMC, and Alvaro Briceño, CMC, two internationally recognized consulting professionals.

George’s consulting experience has taken him to France, Italy, the UK, Sweden, Japan and numerous cities in Canada and the US. He has bee involved in the recruitment, mentoring and retaining senior executives in client companies. His work has also entailed corporate restructuring following the mergers of client companies. In addition George helped to take three companies public. He has also served as a director of three companies which were listed o the TSX. In the NGO sector George has served on the board of Junior Achievement of Canada, The Riverdale Hospital and The Swedish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a board member of Skills for Change and two single purpose entertainment companies.
